As a licensed personal trainer and fitness consultant, I’ve gained a wealth of experience from helping persons of all backgrounds and fitness levels to achieve their goals. I’m passionate about guiding and coaching my clients beyond physical fitness, where they can benefit holistically by shifting their perspective from fitness to overall health and wellness.
